We are Hiring a Head Chef for Our New Fusion Cuisine Concept!

We are looking for two passionate and skilled chefs to join our team in a new Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant opening in the heart of Helsinki, Finland. If you are an experienced chef who loves creating unique culinary experiences by blending flavors from Italian and Japanese cuisines, and you’re interested in relocating abroad, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and design different lunch and dinner dishes, blending Italian and Japanese flavors.
• Contribute to the development of fusion lunch and dinner menus and experiment with new recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all kitchen operations, including cooking, presentation, and portion control.
• Adhere to hygiene regulations and safety standards.
• Work closely with other kitchen professionals and participate in daily kitchen tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience as a chef in Italian or fusion cuisine (minimum of 2 years).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for combining different culinary traditions and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• A hygiene passport and a professional chef’s degree are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Finland and work abroad.
